Here’s our recipe:

  1. Prepare your blender or smoothie maker (make sure it’s nice and sanitized)
  2. Clean your produce and thoroughly rinse it with cool water
  3. Add each ingredient into the blender, secure the lid in place, and blend for a few short seconds
  4. Work your way through each ingredient and then give it a few more bursts of blending for good measure

We like to use spinach, carrots, and cucumbers as the base for our easy garden smoothies, along with whatever other veggies we happen to have at our disposal at the time. Fruit, however, shouldn’t be blended into these green smoothies as mixing fruits and veggies may cause toxins that can wreak havoc on different areas of your health.
