Today’s Common Gardening Question: How much water does Mint need?
The Answer: Mint needs water every 1 to 2 days during hot weather, and just 2 to 4 days out of the week during the fall. Mint plants growing indoors in pots should be watered 1 to 2 per day.
During the cold winter time, garden varieties and potted mint plants need water just once every 4 to 8 weeks.
